I know you high rollers on Victory have probably done one, but this has been my first. I joined a team yesterday on Justice with my healer (low level 11). I had no idea what I was about to get into. We performed two missions, and then the issue of taskforce came thru the chat. 6 hrs later (and only God knows how many freakin missions later) I find myself in this ultra cool ass building. This place was high tech to the max.

I advanced to level 13. The experience was simply amazing. Highly recommended to anyone level 11 and up. The reward was a single origin enhancement (the best in the game). Everyone one in the group received one for their particular origin. Our group consisted of a tank, a blaster, a controller, 2 defenders (one was pure healer, the other hybrid). The tank in our group says this mission is much easier the smaller the group. I guess the smallest rounded group would be tank, blaster, controler, defender(pure healer).

I received a boost to damage for magical origin. Worth the effort and experience. Hopefully, us Avian folk can do one of these. Sorry no screen pics.

No Task Force Mission for me...not enough time to complete one typically (though I would be willing to lose 2 hours of sleep for one).

And my level 15 empath defender has a tough time finding a group...are healers not needed anymore?

I have found that Emph Defender healers are the best healers in the game and will always be in high demand. This might not be the case on Victory server, but I find this hard to believe. Timing is everything. Peak playing hours evenings weekdays, all day weekends is usually the best time to find groups. The fact you have a level 15 emph defender is a pretty damn good undertaking.

My plan for higher levels is to get with the COH forums and plan for groups (if possible). It does get tougher as you level (and it should).

I also, try other characters out at lower levels if I can't get a group with my higher level guy.

Hang in their, good groups are hard to find, but when you do, they're worth the wait.
