I guess it is a good sign that the page is unavailable.

They are such a great organization, obviously, but are also easy to work with. Some big charities are not, trust me.

They come to my place of work 3 times a year for blood drives, they do ALL the work and supply everything needed for the employees to donate. It gives you a great feeling to donate and the people here make it kind of fun. Sounds weird I know.

They mentioned yesterday that while they always need blood, they really, really need money to help w/ Katrina. They logistics for this are giving them lots more problems than usual.

Red Cross Rocks.

My employer (Ceridian) matches my/employees contribution dollar per dollar...plus they mobilized their Lifeworks business to assist.

Great company all in all.

Sounds like all the big Financial type consultants are matching donations.

That's cool you're in Ceridian, Arindel. Boviously, us (Accenture), BeraingPoint, and you operate in many of the same markets.

It's good to know that many of John Grisham's views of corporate demons don't seem to be true... even though we still call our company "The Firm" internally.
