Anyone heard of the new ram-type hardrive, HyperDrive III by HyperOS?

Found a good article somewhere, but forgot to save the address.

It is a RAM based hardrive that is nearly twice as fast as regular hardrives.

Backside of it is that you can at max only have 16 GB with 8 x 2 GB rams.
