yea not sure when I'll have time to disconect old comp move it somewhere...and reconnect the new one..and do all the fun stuff that it takes to get a new comp up and running...and then I have to go out and buy SWG... |

whoo first post from new machine..only bad thing is its a 17in monitor and my old one was 19in...and it didn't seem to want to work with the new CPU |

That's really odd -- is it possible that your new monitor has a digital connection to the video card and that the old one is using analog? In that case it might be as simple as changing a setting on the card or the monitor -- thought that's just a shot in the dark. |

dunno...but thats probably it..I don't know shit about monitors...and my new one is so pretty..I was Watchin The Italian Job on it yesterday...and I must say it has better quality then my TV...and it doesn't slow down or anything...and Americas Army is a fun game..played that yesterday...You have no idea how good it feels to go into a games settings and select Set Everything to [VERY HIGH] oh the power of ATI Raedon 9800 Pro..Im in love
oh btw not to force certian people to lose bets...but In my Family buying anything for yourself within 2 months of Xmas is considered Bad...and punishable by public stoning, flogging or other means of torture SO yea Xmas or Xmas eve (I go to my dads side of the family..and get presents from all those peps) is the earliest...but you know the devs..I still got a shot
