www.swg-avian.net) and citizen of Avian City, a neutral trades city located on Talus (The city can be found on the planetary map or at /waypoint -6080 480). A quick shuttle ride from any of the NPC cities on Talus will bring you into the commercial area of Avian City where numerous vendors await to serve new arrivals. Wary adventurers and craftsmen alike can restock or find needed supplies in this area of our city. Currently available are fine weapons, armor, crafting stations, power ups, resource materials, buffs, clothing, buildings, and many many many other valuable goods made by our citizens at very reasonable prices. I believe you'll find the quality of our wares and prices excellent as we have many masters of all kind of professions who are dedicated to selling top of the line products to customers for decent rates.
As DoI Department Head, I have the pleasure of inviting you all to Avian City's first ever raffle that will be taking place next month in January. This first raffle consists of sixteen different prize lots all donated by the citizens of Avian City. Some of these prize lots are made up of more then one item, while a few are single prizes. It will only cost anyone interested in joining in on this fun contest- 5250 credits per chance! There is no limit on the number of times you can enter the raffle so buy as many chances as you like to try and earn a little edge over the others.
How do you enter? All you have to do is visit Avian City on Talus (we have a shuttle) and find the vendor selling chances at /waypoint -6006 647 and buy a few of the raffle items created by myself (Warnel Redd). The terminal vendor is marked "Buy Your Avian City Raffle Tickets Here". Click on "Show all" and you should be able to find the list of entry items. The vendor's item description should explain everything to you there but basically you just buy the numbered item and bring it to Avian City's Cantina /waypoint -6063 606 to find out if any of them are a winner on Sunday, January 11th 1PM US Pacific (4PM EST) once the numbers are publicly rolled.
For those who can not attend, don't worry, you can still win if not present. We should be able to tell who has won regardless of where you are/aren't. The winners of the contests will be contacted within two days by myself only (Warnel Redd) delivering the good news. Along with the good news will be instructions to whoever is receiving the mail, that they have one week to contact me and make arrangements on when/where they would like to pick up their prizes. For those that DO attend, I hope we will be handing out a few surprises to thank everyone how makes it out to enjoy the event.
