I think I may be one of the first Avians to be able to officially say Happy New Year's! Or, rather, Akemashite Omedetou Gozaimasu! Suffice it to say that I am zettai yopparai and had a very tanoshii day. I am now the proud owner of a shiny brown jacket with a map of Japan stitched onto the back, as well as the CD "12 Inches of Snow" by Snow. Who knew.

So far the festivities here are ramping up. Looks like it will be a great night,

I-10 east bound is almost at a standstill with all the traffic heading to New Orleans. I am guessing it is New years eve traffic mixed with Sugar Bowl traffic. Everywhere go I am seeing tons of people wearing red... which I am guessing are Oklahoma fans for the big game. They must be taking in both events on one big trip.

Lexi likes that song.

Xarbo likes snow -- too bad he's gone now.

Whoa, I totally beat Antan out by like 7 or 8 hours. You are highly on top of things, Bossman. Lexi...
