The X-box just got some new content, so if anyone here has the game and access to X-box live you might want to check it it.

Well I picked up this game because everyone I spoke to said it rocked. I play it on the same comp and SWG and I had to stop playing it after 10 minutes becuase it was just way way to laggy.
I turned down all the settings and it was just bad. It was like playing in Coronet Starport. This sucks as I really wanted to play the game.

I do think it does have some "lag fixes" so I don't think it would hurt to try it out. You can get read about the latest patch from here (download the patch at the bottom).

BTW, here is a quote on the new xbox stuff I mentioned from the site.

If your playing on your comp, and your Video Card is an ATI getting the patches should help. I had the same problem with mine, once I got the patches everything was fine except I couldnt watch the movies (But I think that was my monitor). Another problem I ran into was I was trying to play it on my old machine that only had 256mb RAM and the lag was terrible. I put it on my 512mb machine and it worked. Those were the 2 big probs I had, I hope it helpped.

ah good to know. I have 700+ ram so I hope that the patch will do it. I have an ATI Card.

OK the patch worked. I still lag a bit but it is playable.

Question: I bought the droid for 50cr but it just sits there and will not follow me. Whats up with that?

Moge, is that the faulty droid you can buy anytime or the special droid you have to get through a mission?

The faulty one breaks down when you try to leave the shop. The shop owner will give a full refund if pressed.
