Given my fairly severe case of anal retentiveness I spend a lot of time shopping around for good deals on Ebay. I like to be an informed buyer so I really check feedbacks and even watch auctions to get a feel for what stuff is going for. I checked bestbuy.com for namco museum games. It is a xbox port of old games like pac man galaga etc. They have it for 20.00 with free shipping. On ebay there are several sales with buy it now less than 30 bucks. I keep bidding on this one and getting outbid. Today someone payed $31.00 plus $6 for shipping for this thing with the numerous buy it nows for less money from reputable auctioner's. What Gives! I felt like emailing the guy who won just to call him an idiot.

I have seen so many cases of retaliatory feedbacks from merchants it makes me sick. I avoid people like that. Yes some buyers are idiots (see above) I still don't think you should withhold feedback and then negative everyone who gives you even a neutral.

Oh well, hope everyone is doing good and having fun playing starwars. Soon I will own every Star Wars game on XBOX. Some of course look much better than others. Still for most I payed about 15 bucks shipped so I can afford to try them all.

I have seent his as well. Some people simply stick to one auction and prusue it to its end, just to get that one item they have set their sights on, instead of moving to a similar item for a lower price.

I always thought they were just sore losers.

I think being a good Ebay shopper is a skill that many do not realize they do not have.

The feedbacks are even more disturbing if you read a lot of them. I try never to say anything on a forum like this one or in an email that I wouldn't say to someones face. I can't believe what some merchants actually say to their customers. Being a bystander you can say some of the buyers do deserve they start out being such assholes. But you never scream at a customer that they are a liar or scam artist... do you?

Some of the feedback wars are as good as reality television.
