Hi Guys and Gals, got a question for all you picture editors out there.

I am trying to make a collage of a bunch of different pictures but cannot for the life of me figure out how to make certain pics transparent. Anyone know how to do this in Photoshop 6.0?

Your help would be greatly appreciated as its gonna earn me brownie points if ya know what I mean... :lol:

Make each picture a different layer and then you can set the layer transparency either from that window that shows all the layers or from the layer options menu.

Cool. I thought I'd have to do something with layers but wasn't sure. I'll try it out tonight.

Can I turnan individual picture that is not transparent into a transpart one by doing the same thing and just saving the new layer as a diff file name?
