Post subject:  Im back, atleast for a little while

I dont know if you all knew but I had been gone all week, since last friday. I went to Atlanta saw the Cubs destroy Atlanta in their third game of the series and then I went to Vegas for 4 days. The first day I was there I was up $300 from playing craps when I left I was $800 in the hole :( . I stayed at the Treasure Island on the strip, but lost the majority of my $$ at the Mirage. I didn't get much time in the Bellagio because the day I got to Vegas their was no power in the Bellagio, people were making comments about Oceans 11.
Shows I saw while there, first I saw Zumanity at New York New York, which was very funny it was a Cirque de Solei meets showgirls. I also saw Blue Man which was great . All in all it was a hell of a time. Now I have to get ready for my next trip starting April 29 to SC which is going to be a time in hell, Basic Training.

Sounds like you had a great time. Was the Zumanity show an actual Cirque show? Or it was just like it?

Hope you get some max relaxation in before Basic. Enjoy your short stay. :D

Well the poster that was up when I was buying the tickets said: Zumanity Another Side of Cirque De Soleil

I had never seen a Cirque before, but there was a lot of dancing and alot of people hanging from stuff doing acrobatics, they even had a "rubber man". Lots of big costumes and sometimes they were lacking costumes.

Wow! Cubs game and a trip to Vegas?!?! I wish I was you this past week!

When I went to Vegas this past winter I saw Second City at the Flamingo. It was hilarious. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Looks like a cool show, and definitely looks like Cirque stuff. I saw the Cirque show "La Nouba" down in Disney World, and it's simply amazing.
