I noticed recently that my internet connection i very slow on my desktop (wireless upstairs). I ran some download tests and I'm getting about 250 whereas my wife's laptop (line connection into the router) gets 1500. I've upgraded firmware and drivers to no avail..any other suggestions? |

Do you have any steel or any matireal in your home that would disrupt the signal? Also... Are their alot of wireless devices in your area operating on the same frequency? Depends what type of area you're living in. Anyway, try moving it closer for a bandwithe check, or.. just go out and buy a signal booster... |

I already have that  .
I wasn't having this problem previously, but perhaps a neighbor got a booster as well. (wireless has always seemed to be a problem in this house) and I have 3 other SSID's out there. |
