Well, I knew that CoH wouldn't really keep my attention, it is a GREAT game... but for me, it was too close to a FPS type game, not so much RPG, and I am an RPG kinda guy me thinks... That, and I am trying to save up money for a new ride... so I am trimming the budget some.... (as he says bye bye to the 30 something movie channels on cable, hehe) |

I haven't canceled yet but it's been 2-3 weeks since i logged in...I agree with Mant, it is a really fun game. Once I reached level 20 though, it just seemed to really turn into a grind for better powers and the ability to just fight in different scenery. With the approaching release of JTL (i know, i know but I've got to believe they've learned their lesson from Go-live), I'm excited about SWG because of the mix of FPS and RPG all in one game. I am a big fan of the MOO series - back to release 1 - and would love to see them incorporate an FPS factor into a strategy game like that...not sure it exists in other games.... |

Master of Orion?? I LOVED that series. You're about the only person I know of besides myself that played it from the first one. MOO2 was probably the best out of all of them. If SWG incorporates some elements from that series, it may just be enough to lure me back. But I dare not hope... ![]() |

Gah! Why didn't you say something?!? I loved MOO2! Was kinda disappointed in MOO3 but overall, the series was great! |

MOO3 was pretty much a let down. Luckily I didn't pay for it. Orbital sent me a .. uh.. back up copy. ![]() |
