I've got a more steady job now, so I should be able to roam the boards a little more frequently. I'm doing mortgage refinance loans now, so if anybody in Avian wants to help me out and let me refinance their house, or do a loan for a new purchase, send me a PM. I can cover just about every state and can get them done pretty quick. Anyway, looking forward to getting "plugged in" again to what's going on around here.
