Talon, what branch of 1st Choice do you operate out of..... I believe my mother does real estate appraisals for your company..... Her name is Patricia Smith and the company is Smith Appraisal Company operating out of Nashville, TN...... Just interested....

 I'm in Columbia, SC but we do loans all over the place. It's a good possibilty she's done appraisals for us.
Moonraker, Actually believe it or not, we CAN help sell your house. Do you have a real estate agent already? If so, we can work with that agent to list your property in all sorts of places, and their is no extra charge to you or your agent for doing this (as long as we get to do the loan for the purchase). It's actually a very beneficial program for everybody involved. Let me know if that sparks your interest. |
