Okay, I think we are going to have to apply some common sense here. Could people please name thread topics slightly more appropriately. i.e. this thread could have at least mentioned it was related to sports (and I have no idea which one, cause I don't know who the Cubs are!)

Heck yeah, I'm excited about Nomar joining the Cubs. With this latest addition and Dusty's knack for finishing strong the Cubs have a good chance for that wild card.

I knew exactly what the thread was about when I saw the title. Oh, and if you want to know who the Cubs are, they are the greatest baseball team ever!

Non-Americans tend not to know much about baseball, although I hear it's even more boring to watch than cricket!

I've seen them both.

Baseball is done in 3-4 hours...both games tend to require the viewers to drink. :P

Unless of course you were born in St. Louis and was into collecting Cardinal baseball cards, going to their games, etc.
