A while back I created a couple of internet shortcut files to sit in my quick launch tool bar. I have one that opens the Avian forums and I have another that launches the SWG forums. You can see both files below:

I would like to know how can I make these shortcuts open in a new window. Right now I do not like how they open in any existing IE window. Usually the webpages I have open are opened for a reason. The ability to have these shortcuts open their own window would be a great thing for me.
Do any of you know how this can be done? It seems like if you can make a hyperlink open its own window, I should be able to do the same with a shortcut.
