Well that's what my daughter calls it. It's the character generator in City of Heroes. She absolutely loved making random characters (and moving back and forth between female/male/huge). I was wondering if there was a reasonable high-quality charcter generator out there that she could use that might be similar (random button is a must). The reason I ask, about 4-10 times a week for the last 2 months she asks me if she can "make scary things." She doesn't laugh when I tel her I already did ![]() Free is best, but something that is low cost is ok too (but not a monthly fee). Thanks for any input. |

By the pre sale version of EQ2. It has the ingame character generator which I understand is as good as the SWG one. It 10 bucks at Best Buy and I am sure a lot of other places. |

Is this a stand-alone application or will it have a per month fee? |

There is no fee. Many companies, to hype their games, put out an empty box on store shelves. SOE had the idea (may not have done it first) Lets put out some aspects of the game we think are finished. Purchasing this standalone product in no way obliges you to subscribe to the game, since you haven't even purchased the full client yet. The way I understand it, if you pay the 10 bucks for this you get that discounted when the game comes out if you choose to buy. Plus you already have your character all ready to go when the game launches. Someone in Avian bought this and talked about it, though I can't remember who. So yes, you could buy this and use it for nothing else than creating character after character. |

It might well be Mantison that has this. I know he preordered EQ2. Give him a shout and I am sure he can give you the 411. |

The Sims 2 Bodyshop? I believe it's downloadable free from their website. Not much variation in the body, but the facial variations are phenomonal. |
