I remember hearing about his accident and thinking, "How could this happen to Super Man". The amazing thing about him was how he stayed involved. If something like that happened to me I an afraid I would shrink back into an unhealthy depression and fade away. I am sure his accident affected him mentally, but he did not show it, he kept fighting. In the end I think his real life showed us more strength than any Hollywood special effects ever could. |
