My sever was running mean and lean until about 5pm today and then it just crashed. I could not access my server or any of my sites via HTTP or SSH I just timed out.
After a customer Service ticket this was thier responce.

Is there any way to know how this happened? Was this my fault or a hardware issue? Please, any information you might have would be very helpful.
The thought of doing a full restore is just maddening to me.
