hmmm.
I was at Best Buy today and almost picked it up. Its a free monthly fee so you just need to buy the box.

Ill probably look at the website and reviews. Im not looking to change games but for a no monthly fee game if it is decent it could be fun to tool around in for a bit.

I am enjoying it, playing with a few co-workers there. It is different, but I definatley like the no monthly fees.

There are no seperate servers either, instead there are districts and you can switch to different districts so you can meet up with your friends.

Everything outside of town is instanced, you will not run into other players while out doing quests, unless you bring them with you.

Only small gropus can be formed, only 2 people to start and it goes up later.

Also can create a PVP character or a Roleplaying character. Roleplaying you start from the begining and work your way up levels doing quests. PVP if I understand correctly you start at level 20 and are thrown into the midst of PVP battles.

I have just reached Post-Searing which is just out of the tutorial get to know the GUI portion so I cant tell you much about the PVP stuff yet. Although I have been told it is a big part of the game.

I picked it up on friday and have only played a bit, but it looks very good so far. It wouldn't be a bad idea to wait a few weeks until a good number of players are maxed out and we get to see some of the end game PVP stuff. What the game is all about.

i've been looking at getting it played it during beta and it was fun

I have still not played much. Anyone w/ an update?

Still playing and having a great time. I have a level 10 Necro/Monk that is in Post Searing and a level 7 Ranger/Necro in Pre Searing. The small guild of friends I am with got our capes in emblems just resently (took over 2000 gold so it took a bit to collect enough for it). Havent done any PVP yet however I can visit the arena at anytime now in Post Searing, still working on some long quests there yet.

Pre Seering got a bit boring after awhile but it is just the intro into the game, like a tutorial, the game doesnt really begin until you get to Post Searing, then it gets kicked up a notch.

Ive been trying this out.
Great graphics, and you gotta love a game with "bork-bork-bork" as a language option (and yes *everything* gets 'borkified')

Between the city zones that are on the server, the in-between instances are on your own pc, so no lag there.
I really like it so far.
