sucks.

This shady company charged me two $25 service fees after approving my bank transfers. They came back and said I had been "pre-approved" but when they went to do the bank transaction they said it "failed". I called my bank (Citibank) and they have no record of any company trying to withdraw the funds.

FirePay says I must've entered my information wrong. I printed it out before sending it and it all checks out.

I'm thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
