888/382-1222.

It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time. It blocks your number for five (5) years.

this is true, however, if you are registered and you get a call you can file a formal complaint. If you are not, all you can do is ask to be taken off the list.

Truth is, many people, like me use their cell phone as their primary number. We all know that the second you get one telemarketing call you are bound to get another and another. With the line between cell phones and home phone (primary phone) getting blurrier and blurrier I'd gather stand by the addage 'Safe than sorry'. This is a goverment registry and lasts 5 years. Think about where we where 5 years ago with cell phones.

Mith or not I registered. It took 2 minutes and lasts 5 years...just like that tijuana prostitute.
