Hey guys. I'm not dead.

Sorry I haven't been around, got swept up in college the last few months. It's been a lot of fun, been also very tiring.

How is everyone? I've finally gotten some more free time, and I'm giving EQ II a chance. Is anyone else playing? I like it so far, the graphics are ridiculous. How's Avian been doing? Still going strong?

I probably won't be as active as I once was, but I'll be around a lot more often now. Hope all is well.

heya!
I think Cherish is still in EQII and doing very well. I enjoyed my time in the game I wish more Avians had gotten into it.

Some of us have branched out to Eve Online and making a go at that while most people are still with WoW and going strong.

Dont be a stranger!

Sup !
Avian is going stronger and stronger every day !
Not so sure on who plays what though, WoW and Eve seem to get the majority as Moge said.

Welcome back anyway :)

Yeah, a handful of us played EQ2 pretty heavily for a while. We merged with another guild on EQ2, and other than Cherish I'm not sure who is still playing. I got my Swashbuckler up to 35 or 36 before calling it a day.

Out of curiosity, why did you guys quit? Am I in for some bad gameplay, or you guys just wanted something different? I'm thinking about picking up WoW again, I never lost interest, just didn't have the time.

I still play EQ2 contact me in game and i can set you up for a good start.

As said previously, the game's fun comes from playing with a good community. it helps to be in a good, active guild... so... i don't blame the guys who were in the avian guild here for quitting... soloing isn't much fun.

So, yeah, if you're on Antonia Bayle server, shoot me a tell and let me know who you are. the name is Sarrik there.

Honestly, I just got bored. Same reason why I'm not really playing CoH/CoV right now.

Yeah, got a bit bored and the guild we merged with was full of some nice people, but many of them were powergamers. I could keep up at first but when I started to slow down my gaming sessions...I couldn't anymore so I had less and less grouping opportunities. The game did a decent job of adding solo content, but until several months after release, so I got a bit bored, frustrated, and burnt out.
