My company, Jacobs Engineering, has so much work down the pipeline for the Baton Rouge office that they just sent out an email saying that they will pay me $2k for each full-time new hire I recruit from now until August 31. I get $1k when they are hired and $1k when they reach 6 months of employment. Currently we have about 900 professionals in the Essen office, and another 180 who work out of Exxon’s facilities. Most of the work done out of Baton Rouge is design and engineering for PetroChemical plants and Refineries. internal email wrote: We are actively seeking candidates to staff open positions in our growing business and we need your help.
