picked it up today. WOW! I havent played any MP yet as Im still learning the game but oh man is this a sweet game! Seriously, kicks 1942, Rainbox Six and every others games combat butts.

yeah it has been on my buy list for a while. Ive been hooked on modern day combat games of late so this one was a natural buy. That said, I was <-- --> close to buying a 360 today just to play the new Ghost Recon

It was on display and I watched someone play it. Oh how sweet that game looks!

I got it for a deal (relative of co-worker works at EA Canada) but haven't played it much. Can one do some MP co-op against bots? Would be fun to play with some avians and see what all the hoopla is about.

we can easily play together but not with Bots. however, on a small map a 2v2 would still be a fun play.

Played it ton when it first came out but there were lots of issues with it, issues that haven't all been addressed I think.

MP is even more fun than solo. It's truly awesome playing on a big map w/ 64 players. The battles are truly epic. It's even better when there is a good leader and you play as a team.

yeah Ive only just toyed with MP. Some of these guys are really good. I have no idea how they even see me much less shoot me.

While I have a mic and headphones I have yet to get into an MP where people actuallu coordinate via VoIP. I can see how a coordinated attack and stike would be amazing. I'd love to get 3-4 avians together and if nothing else we can all just join the same server.

You do not have to be online, select the Default username/Profile and u can access single player offline. If you select your personal username it will verify via internet and stall out if u don't have a connection.

I play CS:S most everyday, have for probably the last 3 years. Simply brilliant gameplay.

Is it normal for the bots in CS:S to kick the crap out of you when all they see of you is your big toe?

Is there a CD version of BF2? All I ever saw was DVD versions and didn't notice it available for download. I played the demo a bit offline. In some ways I prefer 1942.

yep I bought the PC/CD version.

Played lastnight and was on a server with just one other person. We played for about an hour just swapping kills, it was great fun! Can't wait to get some avians on a squad for some real organized fighting.

I haven't player regular FPS PvP for a while, since I stopped working full-time in an office.

woohoo! Got PFC and halfway to Lance Corporal. Im averaging around 10-15 kills per game which is usually 1-3 in the leader boards. I also have 5 medals and 1 ribbon so far. This is a sweet game!

Has anyone bought the booster pack?

I have and installed it, but can't play the maps in single player (says I don't have it installed) or in multi player because says I'm playing on an unsupported version, but I'm supposedly patched to 1.22?
