lol

looks like one happy guy.....

Kind of resembles a baby too.

Danyale keeps blocking my attempts to purchase a treadmill. :( I tried using the line “My doctor said I will die if I don’t get more exercise” but she defended with “We have no room, and it isn’t going in my living room.” Maybe this pic will help me in my quest.

This week the heat index is like 110 over here... and summer just started.

I would much rather run while I watch CNBC. There is something about watching the stock market that makes me want to exercise.

my wife and i got this 20% off....

there's a cheaper model for $2800...

Use a variation of the Mastercard commercial to convince her:

Lunch: $8
10 Year Earning potential: somewhere around $800,000?????
Living those extra 10 years: priceless

Pack your lunch and spend the 8 dollars a day for a year on the elliptical.

<<must...stop...drinking and posting>>

sorry for the language...but sometimes i like its emphasis. I have borderline chlolesterol / blood pressure ...when I canceled my Gold's Gym membership it made even more economic sense...plus my last excuse went out the window as well (the 5 min commute :/)

Now I use it 4/5 times a week for an hour.

I can't agree with you more, Cy. The gym we go to has sweet little flat screens at every cardio station. My routine is usually SpikeTV for the first half-hour of cardio (that usually means The Three Stooges :D), then a half-hour of TV-less weights and then a second half-hour of cardio with The History Channel. My body is capable of and willing to do the work; I just need to keep my mind busy/anesthetized.

Swimming is the best way you can possibly exercise. The water supports your body-weight so it's easier than running or jogging, but at the same time exercises virtually every mussle in your body. Plus it's far cheaper than a membership for the gym.

I bought a 544 that was refurbished for about 50-60% off the base price. still cost about 2k, but it takes any abuse you can throw at it.
