Fascinating stuff. The game now is so big that we are going to have to start seeing industries develop along side it, as well as the marketing they were talking about in that article.

hmm, saw something in there about the talk of 'equalizing' gear in arena's...so it's based on skill and not gear, that might work. (hmm, maybe a gearless arena, just go in naked)

I can't see that happening in WOW. The arena has shown that skill and teamwork do work. Gear obviously helps alot but if you look at the top arena teams you'll see that very few are GM/HW or members of the biggest raiding guilds.

Still, even if the gear was equalized we'd still get owned Cord. :)
