Sorry if this isn't very well organized, I skip around with my thoughts.I play this MMOFPS called Warrock, I think it's really fun so I'm going to share it with you all. First off, MMOFPS stands for Massively Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter, so it's a PVP game in which you only go against other players. This game isn't like Halo, by that I mean it isn't futuristic. I don't really have any screenshots of the game to show, but I'll link you all to parts of the website with features of the game. You can also see screenshots on the homepage at http://www.warrock.net

Vehicles
http://www.warrock.net/vehicles.php

If you don't want to click the link I'll list them off:

Transport vehicles
Humvee(s), Motorcycle, Covered Truck, Luchs(8 wheeled truck like thing with 20mm main gun and secondary 50ca),
LSSC(large boat),K200(large transport tank, carries up to 6 players, can restore health and ammo has one .50 cal),

Air vehicles/combat/bombing
UH-60 Blackhawk(Helicopter used to pick up wounded infantry, has air-to-ground support)
A10 Warthog(Jet used for bombing)
F15 Eagle(jet with air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons)
Rafale(jet with air-to-air weapons)
MD500(Small 'copter w/ minigun and rocket pod)

Tanks and other offensive vehicles
Gepard(tank like vehicle with a machine gun)
Wiesel(Small tank)
K1A1 Tank(Typical tank w/ machine guns on the sides for other players to mount)
Mark V(offensive boat that holds multiple players)
LECLERC(Large tank suited to urban combat w/ 120mm cannon and machine gun)

Weapons
http://www.warrock.net/armory.php
Way too many to list, the link has pictures and videos for each gun

Soldier types
http://www.warrock.net/branches.php

I'll list them off and give description
Quote from site:"Upon entering the field, you will select your branch of service. You may switch branches and your weapon load at any time while you are waiting to respawn." With that being said the branches are engineer, medic, sniper, assault, and heavy trooper.

Engineer
From site:"The Engineer is a master of technology, and accompanies vehicle crews to provide repair support on the go. They generally rely on their vehicles for protection and carry weapons like the P90 and G36C. Their vehicle repair equipment includes the Spanner, Pipe Wrench, and Fire Extinguisher."
Standard Issue:
Colt .45, M24, K400 frag grenade

Medic
"Medics roam the field and provide aid to the wounded. Because they need to travel light, they equip light sub-machineguns and machine pistols like the Uzi and MP5. Their medkit can be upgraded for more efficient healing."
Standard Issue:
Colt .45, MP5, Med Kit

Sniper
"Snipers provide reconnaissance, long-distance cover fire, and take out specific targets. As snipers, they tend to act alone and fire from distant, covered positions. Their arsenal includes the PSG-1 and Arctic Warfare Magnum rifles."
Standard Issue:
Colt .45, M24, K400 frag grenade

Assault
Often deployed as an assault unit, these troopers compose the bulk of the infantry. Aggressive and deadly, Assault troopers are commonly found packing AK-47s, shotguns, and similar firearms.
Standard Issue:
Colt .45, K2, K400 frag grenade

Heavy Trooper
"Although Heavy troopers exist primarily to destroy enemy armor, they also have access to several extremely powerful anti-infantry weapons. Their available arms range from anti-tank mines to guided rockets and miniguns."
Standard Issue:
Colt .45, Panzerfaust, TMA-1A landmine

You can buy additional/stronger weapons in the shop for each branch

Ok to wrap this all up, this is a really fun game that I love to play in my free time, it's free forever, you can download it here:http://www.download.com/WarRock/3000-7452-10588271.html?part=dl-WarRock&subj=dl&tag=button
and register here:http://www.warrock.net/supported_regions.php that screen is a bit disorienting, just choose continue to registration

If you start playing, reply and tell me your nickname, I'll make a list. What I'd like to do is organize a few games with alot of people from the forums playing at once. I think it would be a fun way for everyone to get together and play a game.[/url]

This game came free with my Killer NIC (also included was a full version of F.E.A.R.). Haven't looked at it yet and will wait until I get my new machine before trying out a new game.

Ah, well I don't think the system requirements are that high, my computer runs it pretty well, it's not a gaming computer or anything though. The system reqs. for Warrock are right here:
http://www.warrock.net/basic_training.php?page=1 it mentions Killer NIC on that page too :)

Edit: Just poked around the Killer NIC site a bit and found out what it does and stuff...I could really use one of those

Warrock sounds pretty cool. I'll give it a try.

nah, don't worry about that. Many of us here seem to like to focus on one big MMO at a time, if you get a few to come try it that's pretty good! So I wouldn't stress about it. It does look kinda cool...I'll think about it.
