I started my job 2 months ago and am in a decent sized office building in Alpharetta, GA, owned by Radiant Systems, but rented by my company, BlueCube software. I noticed there was another company on the first floor called "Hi-Rez Studios", and have been curious about them ever since I noticed their "motion capture lab" on my floor. Today, I looked them up, and discovered that they are developing an MMOG! I often see a lot of the guys around the building and am going to start chatting with them about their project. It is a game called "Global Advantage" which is a spy-fi game that looks to be in the very very early stages, but the graphics are impressive. There is a trailer on the website. Also, I was poking around the website and discovered that the owner "Erez Goren", is the owner and CEO of my company, BlueCube. At any rate, I am now intrigued even more by my workplace and am going to try to start meeting some of the people at Hi-Rez. Who knows, maybe I'll start working for them some day. Hi-Rez Studios |

WarCry first look Quote: Todd Harris: The Global Agenda development team currently has 40 people and continues to grow. Our alpha milestone this summer will involve friends and family playtesting the core game, which is up and running on internal servers. We are planning on another year of significant feature and content addition while slowly ramping up controlled testing. We have aggressive internal milestones but are not communicating any launch date externally because the quality of the game is much more important to us than hitting an arbitrary date. That's one of the luxuries we enjoy as an independent studio and we think players will benefit from our focus on quality.
Graphics look good. I'd like to see these same graphics from the player/HUD perspective. looks like you have a little networking to do Mole! By networking, I of course mean finding some dirt on your CEO and 'asking' for a job. Works for me every time...just ask Yak |

It does look cool and the idea is pretty unique with some good potential for solo/ small groups. Hope it pans out well and good luck w/ your own agenda!! ![]() |

Nice to see a new genre MMOG being developed. Hopefully they don't self-destruct and make something worth playing. |

The game is beautiful! I know it says 'in-game' demo but wow - the graphics are pretty amazing to not be specially produced renders! If they can make that image quality fluid and dynamic in the game, they're on to something. At first I was so-so about the concept but after thinking about it a little more, I started to remember how much I liked System Shock 1 & 2 and that this game really does remind me of those old games. I'll watch this one. |
