I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I am going to need to up my graphics card in order to play PotBS. What's the best way to go about this, and where can I find a good deal?

If you have any chance of upgrading a laptop's integrated video card, you'll need to do it through the laptop vendor. I'm no laptop specialist but AFAIK, the gfx card that's currently in your laptop is what you're stuck with until you get a new laptop.

The alternatives I can think of may be something like a docking bay with a PCI-E or AGP slot in it or a PCMCIA graphics card solution (no idea if something like that exists or not).

You can swap out laptop graphic cards, but you have to really take the thing apart to get to it. But I suppose it all depends on the model. I've only taken Dells apart.
