anyone have Verizon? I moved a few weeks ago and every since I have had major DC issues.
I get kicked from WoW literally every 45sec. So much so that I have stopped playing. My internet connection seems fine then it will drop out and connect again within seconds.
Even when I am just surfing around I will click a link, lag, then connect and view the page 'at full speed'.

This is really getting annoying. I call to complain but of course when they run a ping they just see that I am connected. I almost feel like I am being throttled on dloads.

Make one more call to tech support and jump through all their hoops again. When they give your connection a clean bill of health, tell them to transfer you to accounts so you can cancel "since (insert tech's name here) wasn't able to fix your issue." See if they'll try just a little harder than just a ping.

disconnecting evry 45seconds sucks, but with all internet sevices, its all about who can keep going longest, dont give in to them, keep annoying them

works for most online services(and services about online stuff)

Agreed, just be persistant. It sucks to take the extra time, as the customer, but sometimes it's the only way to get attention toward your issues. Even if you need to call a few times it's worth it to get what you're paying for.

Try what Liro said.. threats sometimes do the trick. I like to say.. 'I'm going to need your name for my records.' That lets them know that you're not just going to hang up and forget about it. Also bring up how long you've been with them (hopefully a year+) and how you'll be going with another company if they cannot resolve your issue. Hopefully that will get you somewhere.

Good luck!

Moge, did Verizon breathe some life into your wireless yet?

ahh forgot to post this. I think it was a conflict with my IP address. Some poking from yak seemed to fix it up. I'm still not 100% satisfied with my speeds but atleast I can play WoW without getting booted every 30seconds. its a start.
