Just read this!

This article was another great read filled with a common-sense approach to many of the simplest things that trip up game developers and your average, everyday business as well. Now we just need to get Bliz hooked up to the SWG2 train...

SWG2? What about Diablo 3?

As smart as they are, I just cannot understand why they have left that franchise alone for so long. If they took a dump in a box and had some 3yo w/ crayon write DEEABLOW 3 on it, they'd make millions.

Great article, especially about listening to feedback and making changes based on your customers experience. I recall, when Starcraft came out, and how the devs changed certain parts of the game because certain units were so overpowered. I don't remember the details specifically but it was a moment when you understood that they were gamers too.
