Those of you who have taken the chance to look at my scans (http://www.avian-gamers.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=19893) can't have failed to notice a second pdf in there on the next instalment of the Total War series: Napoleon: Total War. I must say that it looks interesting. Here's some of the highlights (from what I remember):

Everything is reduced to a much smaller scale.
Turns have been shifted to a two week period rather than six months.
A lot more strategy involved in terms of supply lines and control thereof.

That sounds cool. And being a huge fan of the Total War franchise, I'm definitely going to get this as soon as I can.
