I think I remember people talking about this game years ago - it looks familiar.
Though not many (any?) Avians FPS crafting sounds deep.

I beta'd it right at the end, it was enjoable the bit I played but there was SO many bugs 1 week before launch that I lost interest, because I couldnt really do much of anything and was constantly having to use the unstick command. The crafting looked decent but I never was able to get that far to even try it.

It sort of reminds me of a dumbed down version of SWG-CU version.

Its an OK game but it isn't really holding me.

Im back to EVE again.

Ditto'ing the sentiment passed along by Daishus and Aranath.

I beta tested it for quite a while and while the crafting was involved, it was more of a tedium-based type of involved rather than a gee-this-is-cool-what-can-I-make-if-I-combine-these-things-this-way type of involved.

Do not judge this game by the beta because if you do, you will miss out. I was not in the beta but I am playing the game now (when I not playing Dragon Age) and its a wonderful experience. I am enjoying the crafting which is saying something because I do not like crafting, did not even craft in SWG and the setting of FE is new and different. There is just so much fantasy I can handle and FE is nice change.

I didn't say it was a bad game it just wasn't holding me.

The setting is different and the FPS type of combat is semi interesting until of course whoever has the least lag wins ;)

But other than that Im not seeing anything to hold.

PvP gating to content is not thrilling either. If haven't been to S2 yet, you will not have experienced that.
