I've recently got into listening to podcasts (something that I haven't really been interested in venturing into previously). What podcasts are out there that people here tend to listen to?

I've been listening to:

Radio Free Burrito - Wil Wheaton's podcast
The Signal - Firefly related.
WotC D&D Podcast - particularly when they did the PvP/Penny Arcade/Wil Wheaton games.

Recently, I've been thinking about expanding my selection and have looked at some other Firefly related podcasts, but I'm interested in seeing what you folks suggest.

I can't help you here, cuz 'm guessing I'd need an iPod.

No need for an iPod, just download the mp3's to your computer an listen, listen directly on a website etc.

I’m working toward my third year in Djibouti. There is no TV here except for when eating at the Galley. At first I felt like I was in a bubble missing out on the rest of the world. But after a few months I discovered Podcasts, and they have become a huge staple of my news and entertainment regiment. You do not have to have a ipod to use podcasts. My laptop is hooked up to my TV like an external monitor, and I watch my podcasts from there.

These are the podcasts I am watching right now:

AppJudgment
Diggnation
HD Nation
MAD MONEY W/ Jim Cramer- Full Episode
The MMO Report
NBC Nightly News
Sessler's Soapbox
Tekzilla
The Totally Rad Show
The 10th Wonder Heroes Podcat
X-Play's //all of them//

The list is a lot of Revision 3 stuff, and some G4 stuff. Many of the G4 ones just changed names or consolidated a few shows into one subscription. So the names may be different when you subscribe. I did have some Eve Online Podcasts: The Drone Bay, Fly Reckless, Warp Drive Active, but Ive been too busy lately and have not been listening to them lately. Same goes for the LOSTCast.

If I am not watching podcasts, I am downloading torrents of TV shows.

Wow I guess I'm the only who didn't know that.

Honestly though after 10-12 at work I just wanna come home have a few beers and play WoW on a free server or play my Xbox(which hasn't been much since I discovered free WoW servers).

I know, I know my age is showing, I'm so far behind the times.

Hi guys, It's been awhile

I'm a big fan of:

GiantBomb
Gamers With Jobs
NerdAppropriate
Bitmob

In that order. I listen to them on my way to and from work and while on the treadmill.

I've been enjoying many of the podcasts that come out of Frogpants Studios, particularly The Instance, Final Score and FilmSack. They cover respectively World of Warcraft, gaming-and-geekery in general and movies of note (good and bad).

Speaking of frogpants, I listen to The Sword and Laser. It’s a book club that I have been trying to follow.

I listen to alot of the frogpants podcasts as well. Even sent a couple Roku boxes to Scott to give away at Nerdtacular 2011.

I started listening to the Darth Hater podcast to learn more about TOR. I am loving it so far.

Mos Eisley Radio is suppose to be pretty good too. I have not tried it out yet.
