The armor on the bounty hunter is called Padded, and it takes a major toll on stats when one wears it. I dont know if it only comes in blue...

Yea, it's padded armor. I didn't know it took that much of a toll, but only Master Armorsmiths can craft it. Those of us from the end of Beta 2 and beginning of 3 when they still had item dispensers remember that armor well. It doesn't only come in blue, but that does look cool. That Maulers of Naboo (they are like Tuskens of Naboo) wear dark gray Padded armor with bright Red padding - it looks awsome on them, but all Maulers besides the apprentices are hard as well, and many of them have Veermoks. Good old red instant death cons. Love em to death (literally).

Padded armor is now expert level, composite is the master level armor.

Ah.. and rightly so. Though you put it more eloquently than I, ravage. Composite armor looks like a retarded version of Robocop. The helmet looks fun, but it murders your stats completely - the last time I'd ever has used it was when they were available from item dispensers, and that's where the helmet will stay - a memory. Though the metal bracers do look cool.:)
