The best way to get there is goto Mos Espa Shuttleport West then head NNW the entrance is located at -4000X6250. There is usually a camp set up somewhere around -4040X6000. If you play with your city map on (Ctrl-M) you'll see the stronghold appear when you are close enough.

It's a good little run from Mos Espa to get there, also the terrain on the way there is very mountainous.

From what I'm hearing in the 2 times I've been there is, it's a great place to rack up some unarmed combat XP. There are usually people there so if you want to run out by yourself you should find some people there when you get there.

A word of advice. Don't go too deep into the caves because eventually Tuskans will spawn behind the group and you'll have to fight your way out.
