Yeah, the 501st is actually pretty cool. Some of the folks in it are legendary nerds on the level of some Trekkies, but mostly, from what I've seen, they are actually quite normal and even "cool."

They need to run it more like a military outfit, though, and have more discipline and stuff. Then it wouldn't be so geeky.
