I picked a little med skill to help me in the field but I don't have any clue as to what some of the items I can craft can do.

1-Biological Effect Controller
2-Liquid Suspension
3-Chemical Release Duration Mechanism
4-Solid Delivery Shell

Those are all components for higher level Items, like Stim Bs and higher and Woundpack Bs and higher. As well as Enhance packs. If you don't need them as input to your items then you don't have to worry about them yet.

Well I just stim B so which one goes with it.

I assume you mean what goes with Stim B? The liquid suspension, bio effects controller, and CRDM are required to make a stimpak B. But, you can just go to your draft schematics in your datapad and it'll tell you all that's required for everything.
