In todays patch notes it says:

So...do some PA Halls have attics? Maybe the different types do have different floor plans. I haven't noticed one yet though.

The Generic, Nabooian and Corellian all look the same, but then the Devs seem to love Tatooine for some reason, as that one is different and afair has a lift to the attic.
