Hello Shevaun,

As Department Head of our Department of Economic and Foreign Affairs and as a good Avian, I thank you for your note and want to assure you we are intersted in a solution that satisfies both parties. Your suggestion of a meeting is a good one and I will begin working on determining when appropriate Avian leadership can be available for such a meeting.

Once I have a tentative meeting time, the three of you will be contacted in-game by a Bothan Bounty Hunter named Liro and the information will also be copied in this thread.

Avian values the business and relationships of all as it is not aligned with either faction of the Galactic Civil War. To that end, you may be assured positive relations with United Empire are as important to us as your own survival is to you.

Like everyone else, I appreciate your candor and forthrightness with this matter. Rest assured that we will work with you to achieve a mutually satisfacftory end.

If there is one thing you should do before contact is established it would be to find out acceptable meeting times for all of the leaders you would wish to have present; that way, when Liro contacts you to schedule a meeting, you can quickly find a mutually convenient time.
