couple questions

128MB DDR GeForce FX 5200 Graphics Card with TV-Out and DVI
or
128MB DDR ATI RADEON™ 9800 Graphics Card with TV-Out and DVI

I went with the Radeon, as its specs are better, does anyone own a FX and think its better?

Also I need to setup a wireless router, as well as wireless ethernet cards, as my system comes with a Dell Gigabit Ethernet card, so need suggestions on types, I have 2 comps, they hopefully will be on different floors...

any suggestiosn to the above system and wireless cable stuff would be appreciated.

No comments about how its about time....*glares at talon and X2*

Go Radeon!

Do you really need the fax (maybe save $50)?

Make sure you have a wireless infrared mouse. And many batteries.

If you watch Best Buy, they periodically have sales and mail-in rebates for wireless routers and cards.
- Netgear seems best for quality/price
- Try for the USB-wireless plug ($15 cheaper and more flexible)
- Change your router's admin pw immediately
- If your distance is over 20 feet or through a wall or floor, use the 802.11g, otherwise go for the cehaper 802.11b

You can build it yourslef, but the $400 extra will get you a guarantee and exchangeability and immedite satisfaction (you decide if it's worth it)
