Anybody here planning on playing the new Lord of the Rings card game online?

Has anybody else gotten in Beta for it?

It's not the first online CCG.

I wonder what's so special about it...

I was completely addicted to Magic: The Gathering Online until SWG was released. Played the hell out of it, and spent way too much money.

What's special.. hmm.. well, it's LOTR for one thing. It's much more complicated than Magic. Games last longer. Overall, I'd say Magic was a better game. But this one's decent.

I stopped playing MTG online when it become a paid for service. HEck, I have all the (old) cards at home anyway. (Yes, I'm one of those multiple beta black lotuses holders ;) )
I lived on trading MTG crads for something like 8 months. When the game was all the rage and profit was good. Was a decent tournament player too. (1913 was my top overall DCI ranking)
