I know at least some of us are extremely pissed off at how this city stuff all turned out. I know killing some ST's helped me  .

I had to go to work today, and while I was there my anger boiled and boiled to the point where I couldn't do much work. I got off work after watching the clock for a while, and then I got in my car to go home.

I put on GWAR. If any of you have heard of this band than you may know why I listened to it.

So what does everyone else listen to when they get REALLY ANGRY!!!!?

I’m partial to a bit of Mars: The Bringer of War
But just for the music :)

I generally listen to a capella or instrumental/classical stuff when I'm really ticked off. I prefer to be soothed, than to have my anger worked up more by music and vent that way.

Why manage your anger at all when you can just bottle it up. :(

Good answers guys. I also love Blood Brothers and Rage Against the Machine

It varies a lot for me, depending on why I'm angry or what I'm going to do about it.

It can involve a combination of System of a Down, Crystal Method, Beastie Boys, Linkin Park, NoFX, or Rage Against the Machine among others. System and Linkin particulary put me in the mood for Counter-Strike, which I often play to let out some aggression.

I'm a big fan of the new AFI CD "Sing the Sorrow" when I'm angry and want to rock out. It rules!!! LOL.

Don't get me started on AFI. They're awesome, but they're nothing like they used to be. Get some of AFI's old stuff and you can go nuts. The new one is good, but Black Sails puts it to shame.

Thank you Exar. I was refraining from saying something about it because I've told people that same thing before. But I'll go ahead now that I'm not alone.

Old AFI is far better IMHO. Even farther back than Black Sails is Shut Your Mouth or Very Proud of Ya. Thats the good stuff.

Well, anyone who likes AFI is a good person anyways, but a lot of people just don't know about their old stuff. Very Proud is great, and the All Hallows EP was awesome, too.

When I want to listed to music because I'm angry, My tastes run the exact same as Marrok's.

But, last night, I just needed a break from it all, so I took my guinea pigs (my wife's studying to be a vet), and let them run around on the carpet. It's just amazingly calming to watch a couple of cute little fluffy animals cavorting and playing tag with each other.

But, then they reminded me of gnorts, and I got angry again.

I just chase my little munchkin around (she loves being chased).

But then I capture her, tickle her (usually by raspberrying her belly/sides or pretend biting) and the giggle just makes you happy. I'll see if I can get a recording of it some day...pure music for the soul.

Mine isn't quite as interactive, Arindel...yet. But she makes this great little cooing when she sleeps...love that sound. There's no way I can hear that and not grin. ;)

When I'm real upset over something I usually just run. My personal best mile was made when I was having a real bad time with something.

As for music, there's one song that really helps me get it out. I can't remmber the name but its the firt track on Red Hot Chili Peppers Californication Album.

I generally don't listen to music when I'm angry, I'll usually just go for a long walk. Although most of my anger never gets released, I snap at people for a bit and then keep the rest to myself.

For feel good music, though, I like to listen to the soundtracks to both Blue Brothers movies.

I had the Beastie Boys "Sabotage" on the night before patch day... when the faction base and everything else made an appearance in our city.

I went to a "gospel" show last night. It was one woman singing with guitar and keyboard accompaniment. I guess if you sing "Ave Maria" and "Amazing Grace" it counts as gospel, though the rest were just cheesy love songs. It did happen to be in a garden in the middle of a temple though. Plus she was hot.

nice insert Bossman...

Angry music... hmmm... usually Kid Rock (guilty pleasure? maybe).

Soothing music... I go with Pink... The Wall. "Comfortably Numb."

There is no pain you are feeling. Your hands feel just like two balloons.
