Are there any out there for free?

Doesn't seem like I got one with the CD/DVD I got? Does that seem right?

apparently a Dvd Decoder is like a driver (software) for your CD/DvD player. You need this Decoder to uncramble the signal coming from the media (in this case the DvD). Without it, you got nothing.

Is that the same thingy that defines zones? Cause if it is, you probably only need to go in a DVD store in a shady part of town and they'll fix it for ya.
