Avian Gamers Network

Let's see, I've been computer games since I was 12. Since there wasn't a lot for the Commodore Vic 20 I started programming my own. Since the early days of Zork I've been obsessed with games. I usually burn through them quick as they can't keep my attention long, and I find that I really want to get to the end so that I can know the full story. Deathmatch type games usually bore me before long.

StarWars Galaxies was my first taste of crack. I played it for 2.5 years until I couldn't stand it anymore. During that time I was one of the original members of Metalus Gravis (well, within the first 30). When MG finally crashed, we merged with Rogue Underworld of which I am still a member (albeit honorary at this point). I promised myself only one crack flavor at a time, and as a long time Blizzard fan, WOW was the next logical choice.

I typically don't like PVP as I find that it intrudes with the story, but I joined up with Black Death Union (the mother of MG) on Deatheroc and have been finding PVP a blast. As BDU is mostly focused on Raids and high level content, Daimania suggested that Skrike, KB, and I come over and meet up with Avian. So here I am.

I've read the charter and find nothing out of the ordinary and can offer no suggestions for change. Adding one more forum to check on won't be a hassle and will help break up my work day

I will say that outside of KB and Skriker, BDU wasn't very helpful (oh yeah and Zaetrix) and you guys have helped us out more in 24 hours that I've received in as many days.

Also of note, all of my toons names are always something "Amok". Tonamok is always the first choice. Buy me a beer someday and I'll give you the story.

Welcome Tony now let's see how many more of the old guild we can get into the New Guild. You'll find we have alot of helpful people here that are always willing to lend a hand.
