Hello Applicants of Avian,

as you can see we have a rather large list of people interested in joining Avian. We are very pleased that so many of you are interested in joining us. However, we try not to grow too quickly so we may be a little tough on our standards for applicants. Also, it will take a longer time to get everyone processed through. We're in the middle of elections for the Board of Directors, and we're also looking into a new procedure for applicants. The combination of the two may take a while.

I just thought I'd let you all know about this so that you dont feel like we forgot you, because we certainly have not. Don't be surprised if you don't get a decision for a couple weeks.

Thanks for your patience, and be sure to be active here on the boards, and in game with us so we can get to know you better. That will defintitely speed up the process and your chances.
