6. Explain why Avian is the right PA for you. How do we meet your needs?
I have seen you a lot in game, and you seem to be a very dedicated PA. Generally if I see one of you, I see atleast 4 more in the same general area, usually within sight of each other. Also, your closeness to Keren is good for me, because Keren is the city that I have the least lag in. My current PA, Sparta, has moved it's military to Kaadara, which has a lot of lag for me.

7. Please describe how your character will earn a 'living' in SWG, what can you contribute to Avian, and in particular what skills or profession will you be focusing on? Basically I hit S&Ds, and take out most camps I find. For now these are limited to Plasma Theives, until the armor for droids come back. I will be able to contribute money from my S&Ds, as well as resources that I loot from mobs, as well as protection if someone is on a resource run.

8. Avian desires to remain a neutral PA, and as such will avoid many forms of PvP combat. If you have chosen to take on a combat oriented character, describe how you will fit in to a mainly non-combat PA. What services will you provide to Avian members and how do you wish to be rewarded for your services? I will be more than happy to act as an escort for someone on a resource run, and later as a bodyguard for when diplomats are implemented, if they are. As such, I will probably start to know your armor and weaponsmiths rather well. Currently all I need for Commando is Specialist Rifle, and Master unarmed.

9. What are your long and short-term goals?
This is a game, that is one thing that has to be kept in mind. For now I'm just going to enjoy a RP setting, and have fun getting to know people.

10. Please Take a moment to tell how you found Avian.
I wish I could remember the person's name, there have been several people I have helped when they had a new character made. For some reason I want to say "Upaya" but I'm not sure if that is accurate. I've also seen a lot of people running around with the 'Avian' name next to theirs. I think you were the first PA on Chilastra.. atleast on Naboo.

11. Why have you chosen Avian over other PAs you have considered or previously belonged to and which PAs were they? Currently I am a member of 'City or Sparta' or simply 'CoS'. From what I can tell, the majority of people that are in the military that I could group with are in high school, or middle school. I realize that come September, the people I'm going to be able to group with is drastically going to decrease, so I am looking for another PA. Also, due to my schedule, people are usually out and about when I get home, and it's difficult to be able to 'join up' with them. When I do go to join, it's usually a waisted trip because they have to leave by the time I'm able to get there.

12. What would you change and/or add to the Charter? Why? You have a well put together charter, for now there's nothing really needed to be changed.

3: Commando. Points outside of this will be used towards Master Polearm and going through slicing and 'dirty fighting' skill branches of Smuggler.

8: All I need for commando is Master unarmed, and combat experience. Soon it will only be combat experience.

Nice profession choices, mate. But unfortunately Hyeriq has decided to leave Avian. He posted this in a department forum and not quite publicly, but we still haven't heard from him in a bit.

Thanks, Orbital. It's mostly because I didn't want to go into any of the weapon specialist skills. 1) I'm going to have enough weapons useage with heavy weapons in Commando 2) I'm not going to use them much once I hit commando. Heh, tell that to the E11 Rifle I just bought last night, though . I wish they would have done polearms better. When I think polearm, I think big pointy stick, not having the majority of weapons available being blunt. Guess I have to get into Pikemen to use the really big pointy sticks. In any case, Smuggler is easily reachable, and it will allow me to grind out the 38k combat experience I still need for Novice Commando.

I've been running around, finalizing things with moving out of my home, and RPing on Shards. probably when I get home tomorrow night, I'll be feeling up to some general combat experience. Got a long way to go still to get Commando.. and I have to check on my house. I think it's still ok
