How do you create those profiles ?
For Allakhazam follow the instructions here:

Wowreader Download
Use this link to download and install the program
Wowreader serves two purposes. First it lets you upload and keep a profile of your character on our site which you can then link to to show to others, or just use yourself to keep track of your progress and to search for upgrades. Second, it helps us collect information for the site by uploading to our servers all of the quests, items and mobs you have observed in your travels. The program does not run while you are in game, does not violate the EULA, and poses no risk to your account. All you need to do is run it after each session, or whenever you remember to do so.
Profile of the Week: Downloading Wowreader offers an additional bonus. Every Friday we will announce a Profile of the Week randomly drawn from every profile that was updated over the past week. Winning profiles will be showcased on the main page and the owner of the profile will win a free month of premium access to our network.
-- Instructions and Tips on uploading and using your profile.
1) Download, install and run wowreader.
2) Under Options choose login. Then enter your allakhazam username and password (Not your game ones) and hit save.

WoWRankings Updater
Read the Instructions to the Updater here.
I suggest reading 'Meshing WoWRankings and WoW' as well. This guide will help you setup the updating process so that your profile gets updated in a streamlined fashion.
Quick Instructions
If you are looking to quickly get your profile online, here are the steps.
1) Download the updater for your OS platform below.
2) Install the .exe and Data folder like this
3) Run WoWRankings.exe.
4) Fill in login dialog, set it to launch WoW.exe, or other, click update.
5) Login to your WoW character.
6) Open your guild tab once. (this is for your guild roster)
7) Type /wowr in the chat line. If you see '-WR-', you are good to go.

Exit WoW.
9) Run WoWRankings.exe
Since the updater is set to launch WoW.exe, change your shortcuts to point to WoWRankings.exe, and use the updater before you play WoW each time.
The updater will automatically save your character information about every 10 minutes on its own. Using /wowr is not necessary each time. You will see the '-WR-' message when your character info is saved in game. The last step to update your character is always to run WoWRankings.exe again, as the UI cannot update your character online by itself.
If you wish to read more indepth information on how to use the updater, please read the Detailed Instructions
If you are having startup errors using the updater, then please refer to this Errors Page
Installtion Instructions
Please right click and 'Save As...' the below download link, and make sure that the archive you have downloaded is 2.8M on your harddrive before you try to extract it. If the file size is less than 2.8M, please redownload the .zip file.
Download WoWRankings.1.02.zip (2.8M)
Beta:
Download WoWRankings.1.022.zip (2.8M)
Unzip WoWRankings.zip into your WoW folder, so that WoWRankings.exe and WoWRankings_Data are in the same folder as WoW.exe.
The OS X updater is in beta as we speak. Infact, why dont you send off an email to the OS X developer! Tell him he needs to get off his lazy ass at
wowrankings@wowrankings.com. Trust us, we will thank you for it!
Note about WoW Rankings: even though I have uploaded my wowrankings data, and I have allowed a night to fall between my upload and the time I wish to view my profile, the darn thing still shows me with 0 charecters. I like the info this profiler gives us.... but because the site is slow, does has a once per day refresh cycle, feels inferrior, and is not showing my toons.... I am starting to not like it very much
