With the other poll asking how many Avian members are going to play World of Warcraft, and with the number of people responding that they will be playing WoW, how many of will play both at the same time if they are planning on playing WoW?

Will Avian City become a ghost town?

I know that personally, if WoW holds up, I'll probably abandon SWG forever. The SE might tempt me back, but I think I've had all I can take from SWG and the devs.

It all depends on the state of SWG at that time, what I'm doing with my character, my personal income, my amount of free time, and other such factors. I can't really say right now what'll happen.

It all depends on the state of both games. Right now canceled one of my SWG accounts... but kept the one with the house in AC... so Avian will not loose a citizen.

Its one or the other for me.

I'll be graduating college in December and if WoW comes out before then I won't have it in my student budget for two subscriptions. But in the more lilely scenario that it comes out after December then free time will probably keep me from playing both. I'm going into Hospitality and in that industry 60 hour work weeks aren't uncommon in the least.

Soon to be father of 2.

I have no right to be playing games, but who needs sleep. Work has been keeping me busy and I can't even play 1 game right. Most likely, it will be one or the other for me.

Besides, crafting is starting to lose it's charm or I just want to hang out with my fellow Avians more.

Unless the SE really and I mean really blows my socks off, I'll be an exclusive WoW player.

Remedack, for all his potential as a Master Doctor and Master Musician, will not be renewed at the end of his term.

It depends on so may things, like the date of the SE, its quality, stuff like that.

I think, at first I will try both, and after the free month for WoW I will either cancel SWG or drop WoW again. And I do hope for SWG's sake that it will be a hard fight bewtween the two.

I think it is silly to say your all for one game before you've had a chance to play it. We should know better with waiting/planning/drooling over SWG and seeing the game we have now.

But if I find WoW is better, then I might swap. Depends on how much better (including the SE) though. I don't have room for two MMO's and if SWG doesn't get better, or I find WoW isn't really that great then I might stop playing them all together (though there are a few other games that look interesting out there coming up).

I bought SWG for the space expansion; it was my sole number one reason for buying Galaxies. If the SE is a huge dissapointment, then you can count on me switching over to World of Warcraft indefinitely. Keep in mind that I will continue the Avian name, if no one else wishes to do so. In fact I'll continue the Avian name for the next 50 years through all types of games.

....My longterm goal is to make Avian Technology & Trade a world power, Muhahaha!
